The GPTW certification is a two-step process obtained through an independent analysis where employees play a key role, as they must complete a survey, providing feedback that gives an ac-curate portrayal of OW’s work environment.
For the company, receiving this accreditation is significant as it demonstrates OW’s commitment to employee satisfaction and the ongoing dedication to strengthening it.
