At OW, we strongly believe that Learning & Development is a key lever for people development and business growth. With the acceleration of the pace of change, the volatility of the economic environment, the complexity of technological evolution and digital advances causing unprecedented shifts in the world, the role of the L&D activities is to anticipate the evolution of the core behaviours and skills and to develop employees to sustain the growth of the company and its competitiveness.
With this leitmotiv, and as part of the People Strategy, the Corporate University has been designed with the aim of supporting the strategy for Learning, Development and Knowledge Sharing under a common frame. The purpose of OW University is to Support Business and People Growth through Learning and Knowledge Sharing, by providing a unique and meaningful learning experiences.
