The Dieppe-Le Tréport is a joint venture between Ocean Winds, Sumitomo and Banque des Territoires.
With a capacity of 496 MW, the project is located in the Manche Chanel off the coast of Le Tréport and Dieppe cities, in northern France. Once operational, it will produce enough renewable electricity to power approximately 850,000 people annually.
From development to long-term operations, the project is designed to create lasting value for the region. A cornerstone of this commitment is the local supply chain: the project prioritizes regional businesses across all phases, from early construction to the operation and maintenance base in Dieppe. This facility, entirely entrusted to companies within the surrounding area, will support 70 local jobs and anchor the long-term presence of offshore wind in Normandy.
Through meaningful collaboration with local stakeholders and sustained investment in the regional economy, Dieppe Le Tréport is contributing to France’s energy transition while reinforcing the vitality of coastal communities.
